Are all Hosting companies this good

When you decide to enter the world of Internet marketing it can be an extremely daunting experience.

You can be totally overwhelmed with the constant offers and programs that everyone is marketing. when your new it is really hard to sort the Diamonds from the Quartz.

Hosting is one area where there is an abundance of companies that are all claiming that there service is the best.

I finally decided to use Hostgator and have found that their service is excellent, (they are the only service that I use).

I have had a few reasons to use there online help desk as I am still in the process of learning and have nothing by praise for the service i receive (even at 4.00am in the morning US time which is about 10pm here)
So it was great that I found this post which really made me  believe it is a great hosting company to do business with.

I cant say if how Hostgator have treated this customer is the industry norm or just from them maybe its only a one off (I hope its not as i wouldn’t even know where to start if I was told I had the problem that this author had :-) ) but it does make for some really good public relations

Oh and by the way Hostgator have hosting plans that start fron just $4.95 p/m.
